It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to violate the following rules and regulations while on or using the city parks of Ida Grove:

(1) No person or persons shall cause, create or maintain open fires. All fires must be restricted to grills provided and established for fires by the city of Ida Grove.

(2) No person or persons shall conduct himself or themselves in such a manner as to be loud, boisterous, disruptive or threatening so as to interfere with the free use by others of the city parks of Ida Grove.

(3) No person or persons shall operate a vehicle, including but not limited to automobiles, trucks, pickup trucks, campers, vans, motorcycles, tricycles (motorized vehicles on three wheels), snowmobiles, mopeds and bicycles, at a speed in excess of five miles per hour, or in a manner so as to interfere with the free use of others of the city parks of Ida Grove.

(4) No person or persons shall park any vehicle, including but not limited to those listed in subsection (3) of this section, in any location other than those designated and provided by the city of Ida Grove.

(5) No person or persons shall use any area of the city parks of Ida Grove as a restroom except those facilities especially established, marked and provided for that purpose.

(6) No person or persons shall be or remain upon or use the city parks of Ida Grove between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following day except on designated camping areas with a valid camping permit as herein provided.

(7) All persons on or using the city parks of Ida Grove shall conduct themselves in proper regard of the fact that the city parks of Ida Grove are public property provided for the use, benefit and pleasure of all citizens and guests of Ida Grove and shall do nothing to interfere therewith.
