(1) No camping permit shall be issued to any person or persons unless said person or persons has sufficient equipment to shelter himself and those in his party with due regard to inclement weather without resorting to the shelter house, restrooms or other facilities located in the city parks.

(2) The fee for a camping permit shall be $6.00 unless an electric hookup is provided and then the fee shall be $8.00 for each camping day or portion thereof used for camping on city parks.

(3) Camping permit shall be issued only to responsible adults or responsible minors who have written permission from at least one parent or guardian. [Ord. 402 §1, 1988; Code 1975 § 2.1-1.0509.]
