Any person or persons wishing to be or to remain upon or to use the city parks of Ida Grove between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following day must obtain a valid camping permit for the night or nights such person or persons wishes to be or to remain upon or to use said city parks. A permit may be issued by the Ida Grove city clerk’s office or the Ida County sheriff’s office. A camping permit shall entitle the holder or holders of said permit to be or to remain upon or to use said city parks from 11:00 p.m. of each night for which a camping permit is issued to 8:00 a.m. of the following day.
