It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to be or to remain upon or to use the city parks of Ida Grove between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. of the following day unless such person or persons has obtained a valid camping permit. [Code 1975 § 2.1-1.0507.]
