Grantee shall file with the city clerk a copy, true and accurate, of maps and/or plats of all existing and proposed installations on, over or under the streets, trails, alleys, sidewalks, parking area or other property owned by the city or over which the city has an easement. These maps and plats shall conform to the requirements of the city and shall be kept continuously up to date. [Ord. 456, 1996; Code 1975 § 7-3.0413.]
