Grantee shall be required to conform to all present and future city codes including but not limited to plumbing and electrical codes and any ordinances providing for the manner and method of cutting streets, excavations in the right-of-way, backfills, etc. Grantee shall restore all property of the city, and all other property located in the city, to its original condition after the installation of either overhead or underground cable or any other equipment of or by grantee.
