13.20.060 Operation, maintenance and replacement fund – Two accounts.

The operation, maintenance and replacement fund will be kept in two primary accounts as follows:
(1) Operation and Maintenance. An account to be designated for the purpose of defraying operation and maintenance costs of the sewage works.
(2) Replacement. An account to be designated for purpose of defraying costs of replacement needs of the sewage works over its service life. Deposits in the replacement account shall be made at least annually from the operation, maintenance and replacement revenue, in the amount established by this chapter.
