13.20.070 Operation, maintenance and replacement fund – Balances carried over.

Fiscal year-end balances in the operation, maintenance and replacement accounts shall be carried over to the same accounts in the subsequent fiscal year. Deposits made in the operation, maintenance and replacement accounts shall be used for no other purposes than those designated or implied herein for these accounts.
