The hours of the trail are from one hour before dawn until one hour after sunset. No person is authorized to enter or remain on the trail at any other time, except for authorized construction and maintenance personnel. This section does not prohibit owners of a portion of the property over which the trail passes (or their authorized guests) from being on their property at other times.
