The purpose of the trail is for recreation and amusement, including walking, running, jogging, skateboards, rollerskating, including in-line skates, and walking animals; provided, the animals are properly controlled and on a leash. All activities on the trail must be conducted in a safe manner and so as not to unreasonably interfere with the use of the trail by other persons. [Ord. 433, 1993; Code 1975 § 8-6.02.]
