Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of IGCC 12.10.010 through this section relating to standards for construction or reconstruction or obtaining a sidewalk permit before proceeding shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor; and upon conviction, should be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.00 or by a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
