10.30.090 Penalties for stop or yield violations.

The penalties for violations of IGCC 10.30.010 through 10.30.050 and 10.30.070 shall be the fine, surcharge, and court costs as provided in Iowa Code Section 805.8A(8) as amended from time to time.
The fine, penalty, and surcharge for a violation of IGCC 10.30.060 shall be as provided in Iowa Code Section 805.8A(6) as amended from time to time.
The fine, penalty, and surcharge for a violation of IGCC 10.30.080 shall be as provided in Iowa Code Section 805.8A(7)(b) as amended from time to time. [Ord. 495 § 7, 2004; Code 1975 § 2.1-2.0609.]
