(1) Accessory structures or buildings that are equal to or less than 150 square feet may be prefabricated, portable, made from plans or from home center kits. These types may have an exterior of wood, metal or PVC with roof coverings of metal or standard home-style shingles.

(2) Any buildings of this special type may have a floor structure consisting of a treated wood skid set on concrete pad or blocks that have been leveled, or a concrete slab may also be used alone for the floor structure.

(3) Any buildings of this special type must be anchored to the ground or the concrete slab. If anchored to the ground a minimum of four-inch by 12-inch-long anchoring screws at each corner is required.

(4) Any buildings of this special type located within a utility easement must be portable such that they may be relocated to provide access to utilities. Any such building located within a utility easement may not use a concrete pad as a floor structure. [Ord. 575 § 2, 2019; Ord. 562 § 4, 2019.]
