All prohibited signs are hereby declared to be a nuisance and may be abated as provided in IGCC 8.10.010 through 8.10.090, et seq. In addition, any person or entity owning or installing any such sign, or owning, renting or occupying property on which any such sign is located, is guilty of a civil misdemeanor and is subject to a civil penalty for each day of violation.
