Any item not moved within seven days after mailing, posting or delivery of the notice shall constitute a municipal infraction. In addition the city may enforce this chapter by any other means including criminal violation and equitable relief. [Ord. 547 § 1, 2015; Code 1975 § 2.3-2.03.]
