The mayor, the city clerk, or other authorized city official or agent may give notice to the responsible party to remove the furniture or appliance within seven days. The notice may be delivered by first class mail, certified or registered mail, posting on the real property, hand delivery or other method reasonably calculated to give notice to the responsible party.
