Sewer users whose premises are served by private water systems shall pay sewer rental based upon the water used or determined by the superintendent either by an estimate agreed to by the sewer user or by metering the water systems at sewer user’s expense. [Ord. 374 § 2, 1982; Code 1975 § 3-3.0519.]
