12.60.080 Winter trail closing.

The trail shall be closed during the winter snow removal season. The snow removal season shall begin on the day of publication of a proclamation by the mayor, pursuant to IGCC 10.45.080, and shall last until the date designated by the mayor in that notice. [Ord. 443, 1994; Code 1975 § 8-6.08.]
