12.20.025 Adoption of standards.
By reference herein the city of Ida Grove does hereby adopt the standards of the Statewide Urban Design and Specifications, specifically Design Manual Chapter 5 and Division 7 of specifications related to driveway approaches, along with such amendments as may, from time to time, be adopted.
Nothing in this chapter or in SUDAS, as adopted, shall be construed to be in conflict with state laws. In the event of such a conflict, the state law shall prevail.
(1) Access to Standards. Official copies of the current SUDAS requirements along with the city-adopted modifications referenced in this chapter shall be placed on file in the office of the clerk and shall be made available to the public during working hours of the clerk’s office. Copies of SUDAS requirements referenced are obtainable, at cost, from the city of Ida Grove or at Iowa State University Institute for Transportation. [Ord. 598, 2021.]
