(1) Travel trailers, campers, camping trailers, motor coach homes shall not be used for business purposes in any zoning district unless applicable permits have been issued.

(2) Commercial sale of the aforementioned vehicles shall be limited to highway commercial zoning districts. In HC zoning districts parking and/or storage of the aforementioned vehicles are allowed if they are parked upon the paved or gravel surface that is vegetation free between vehicles, around vehicles and under vehicles. None of the vehicles shall be parked where any portion would extend onto the public right-of-way portion or road side, nor shall any portion block any of a public sidewalk abutting the highway commercial lot.
