(1) If more than two of any regulated vehicles are parked upon a lot or adjoining lots, screening may be required if:

(a) Injurious to the use and enjoyment of the surrounding properties.

(b) Two or more vehicles are fully visible from the line of sight of the entrance of the residence directly across the street or of an adjacent and abutting property.

(2) If a fence is used, it must screen the maximum amount practical of the vehicle, while meeting other requirements in the city of Ida Grove’s code.

(3) If live plantings are used, it or they must screen a minimum of 50 percent of the length and 50 percent of the height of the vehicle at the time of planting. Plants must screen maximum amount practical of the vehicle, while meeting other requirements in the city of Ida Grove’s code. [Ord. 565 § 4, 2019.]
