9.35.020 Telegraph or telephone wire taps.
This section is included in your selections.
It shall be unlawful for a person to wrongfully or unlawfully tap or connect a wire with the telephone or telegraph wires of any person engaged in the transmission of messages on telephone or telegraph lines.
