A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a municipal infraction subject to the penalties and alternative relief authorized by IGCC 1.05.070 and of Iowa Code Section 364.22. [Ord. 422 § 2, 1992; Code 1975 § 6-3.0114.]
