The owner of any dog or cat, after paying such license, shall place upon every such animal a collar, and shall attach thereto the metal tag supplied by the administrator with the number and year thereon, and such collar shall be kept on such dog or cat during the year for which the license is paid. Any dog or cat found running at large without the license tag attached to its collar or harness shall be deemed unlicensed. [Ord. 557 § 1, 2017; Code 1975 § 3-2.0204.]
