On July 24, 2022, and July 25, 2022, enforcement of the city prohibition against open carry of alcoholic beverages inside the city limits is temporarily suspended. This temporary suspension does not apply to any other state or city laws or ordinances including laws prohibiting the transportation of open alcoholic containers in motor vehicles and prohibitions against public intoxication.
