5.30.180 Maximum working hours.

No operator shall require or permit any person to drive a taxi in excess of these maximum periods:
(1) Not more than 12 consecutive hours in any 24-hour period except that a driver may begin work again after he has been off duty for 10 hours.

(2) Not more than 12 nonconsecutive hours in any 24-hour period, unless he is given a minimum of eight hours off duty.
