In case of any disturbance of pavement, sidewalk, driveway, grass or other surfacing, grantee shall, at its own cost and expense, and in a manner approved by the city, replace and restore all paving, sidewalk, driveway or other surfacing disturbed to at least as good a condition as before said work was commenced.
