This chapter sets standards and regulations governing accessory buildings and structures such as detached garages, metal sheds, playhouses, storage sheds, nonportable deck boxes, shelters, greenhouses and pool houses in R1, R2 and R3 districts. Additionally, it is to aid in developing the land in an orderly manner, control the accessory uses of land and to minimize conflicts among land uses by governing the type, size and location of these structures.
