Each application for a certificate of zoning compliance shall be prepared on official forms supplied by the zoning administrator showing the actual dimensions of the lot to be built upon, the size, shape and location of the building to be erected, the dimensions of the required yards, parking and open spaces, and such other information as may be required by the zoning administrator to provide for the enforcement of this chapter. A record of applications and plans shall be kept in the office of the zoning administrator. [Code 1975 § 6-5.0707.]
