The provisions of this regulation include the area within the corporate limits of the city of Ida Grove, Iowa. Where the boundary of this chapter is extended by the annexation of a contiguous area to the city of Ida Grove, Iowa, the area which is not zoned within the extended boundary shall be zoned and classified as a suburban (S) district until the zoning map has been amended.
