(1) Site Plan. Submit accurate site plan for review and approval. Include: location of the proposed swimming pool, any decks and other structures on property.

(2) Location of Required Pool Barrier. Distances from buildings and structures to property lines and to other buildings. Show easements, drainage, well and septic system. Site plan approval is required prior to issuance of the building permit. [Ord. 569 § 1, 2019.]
