“Chief of bureau of fire prevention” means the chief of the fire department.

“Garages” as used in the Fire Prevention Code means any building, shed or enclosure used as a place of business for the purpose of servicing or repairing any motor vehicle therein.

“Municipality” means the city. [Code 1975 § 2.2-2.04.]
