The solid waste facilities operated and maintained by the Ida County area solid waste agency are hereby designated as the official “public sanitary disposal project” for the disposal of solid waste produced or originating within the city. [Ord. 424-A § 3, 1992; Code 1975 § 3-4.0307.]
