Containers for the storage of solid waste as well as recycling containers, shall be placed at the curb or alley line by the owner or occupant of the premises served. Containers at the curbline shall not be placed more than 24 hours in advance of the next scheduled pickup and shall be promptly removed from the curbline following collection.
