13.15.120 Superintendent appointed.

The superintendent of the city sewage system shall be appointed by the city manager and exercise the following powers and duties:

(1) Operation and Maintenance. He shall operate and maintain the city sewage system.
(2) Inspection and Tests. He shall conduct necessary inspections and tests to assure compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
(3) Records. He shall maintain a complete and accurate record of all sewers, sewage connections and manholes constructed showing the location and grades thereof. [Code 1975 § 3-3.0112.]
