The use of structures or facilities existing as of the date of adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter may be continued even though such use may not conform with the regulations of this chapter, in other words may be located within the distances set forth. However, such structure or facility which is not in conformance with the terms of this chapter may not be enlarged, extended, reconstructed or substituted subsequent to the date of the adoption of said ordinance.
