Business district sidewalks shall extend from the property line to the curb except the sidewalk on the south portion of the Bickley Motors parking lot, extending 198.92 feet east from a point 8.6 feet east of the southeast corner of Lot One, Block One, city of Ida Grove, Iowa, which shall only be required to meet residential sidewalk restrictions.
