(1) The vehicles regulated by this chapter include vehicles used for recreational purposes, such as camping, are equipped with living facilities, can be used for sporting purposes, are used off road, are used to transport vehicles, or are used to transport lumber or cargo. Such vehicles include but are not limited to travel trailers, campers, camping trailers, motor coach homes, personal watercraft, boats, snowmobiles, farm tractors, forklifts, converted trucks and buses, both open and enclosed cargo trailers, recreational vehicles converted to mobile business vehicles, golf carts, ATVs that are not licensed for road use and other vehicles not listed in subsection (2) of this section.

(2) Vehicles excluded from this regulation are transportation type vehicles such as passenger vehicles classified as cars, light trucks, passenger vans, street use motorcycles and sport utility vehicles that are manufactured for the primary transportation of people on roadways and are licensed for road use. The parking and/or storage of these vehicles are addressed in other ordinances of the city of Ida Grove. [Ord. 565 § 2, 2019.]
