10.45.160 Fine, surcharge, and court costs for parking violations.

The fine, surcharge, and court costs for all parking violations contained in this chapter shall be as described in Iowa Code Section 321.236 and as prescribed in Iowa Code Section 805.8A(1)(a) as amended from time to time and shall be increased as provided in that section if not paid within 30 days of when the violation occurred.
