No one shall stop, stand or park a vehicle in the city parking lot, known as the Noble parking lot, located in Block 2, city of Ida Grove, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. unless the vehicle’s owner has obtained an annual parking permit from the city clerk and paid the annual fee of $10.00, and such person prominently displays the permit on the vehicle.

The city clerk shall have the power to develop reasonable requirements for applicants for parking permits to regulate the use of the city parking lot and to provide for maintenance and snow removal.

Violation of this section shall be a simple misdemeanor with punishment as provided by law. [Ord. 386 § 1, 1985; Code 1975 § 2.1-2.1012.]
