No driver of a vehicle shall disobey the instructions of any official traffic control device placed in accordance with the provisions of this title, unless at the time otherwise directed by a peace officer. The scheduled fine for each violation shall be as established in Iowa Code Section 805.8A(8) as amended from time to time.
