The driver of a vehicle involved in an accident within the limits of this city shall file a report as and when required by the Iowa Department of Public Safety. A copy of this report shall be filed with the city for the confidential use of the peace officers and shall be subject to the provisions of Iowa Code, Section 321.271. Such reports, or cards referring to them, shall be filed alphabetically by location.
