In those instances where the grade for the top of the curbs is not identical and the cross section is unsymmetrical, those elevations listed designating the centerline grade shall be located at a point nearer the high curb. The crown line or highest part of the paving or surfacing shall be shifted to the high side of the street, whereby the cross slope shall be similar on both sides of the crown line.
