This code of revised ordinances of the city of Ida Grove shall be treated and considered as a new and comprehensive original ordinance which shall completely supersede all other general ordinances passed by the city council prior to the first day of January, 2019, except as are expressly saved from repeal herein. This revision may be cited by the short title of “Ida Grove City Code” for the purpose of prosecution in the courts. [Ord. 566 § 4, 2019.]
