The city clerk shall prepare an official copy bearing the 2019 date designation and include therein a copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter, signed by the mayor and certified by the city clerk as to its adoption and publication, and place the code on file in the clerk’s office, together with the standard codes adopted by reference in this code.
