Any person, firm, co-partnership, association or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or both, in the discretion of the court. The sale of each and every lot sold in violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate violation. [Code 1975 § 6-6.0405.]
